This project involved the conversion of existing first floor, unoccupied commercial space within an mixed use development in Aldgate. Planning permission had been granted for 9 apartments at first floor level within the Colefax Building when our client purchased the development
On behalf of the client we undertook an assessment of the approved proposals in order to rationalize the layouts, improve the space planning within each of the units and maximize the return for the developer. Following on from this we were retained by the D+B contractor to provide full construction support through to completion of the works on site.
