Ostick + Williams were appointed Lead Consultant, Architects and Town Planners by Corbo Ltd and Fultons for this highly prominent retail development which fronts onto Boucher Road, a popular shopping destination adjacent to the M1 motorway in Belfast.

The development comprises 8 individual retail units, many with mezzanine floor provision, which provide in excess of 12,500m² (135,000sqft) of floorspace. Anchored by Fultons Fine Furnishings, a two storey unit incorporating a curved glazed entrance feature with and Atrium, and Marks + Spencers, the development also includes a leisure and fitness club and a number of popular high street retailers.

The varied palette of materials applied in a contemporary manner distinguishes this development from others of its kind. The natural tones of the cladding panels contrast sharply with bronzed glass entrance features. These elements combine to create a modern high quality development.
