O+W have recently completed an extension and refurbishment of
existing QUB boat club house on the river Lagan including installation of a floating pontoon. The new boat storage extension
comprised vertical cedar cladding fins with an open texture allowing natural
ventilation and light to the boat storage area. Fully designed and coordinated BIM Level 2. Modelled with the ability to develop BIM into an as built (PAS1192-2 LOD7) model during the construction and hand over phase. Potential use of the model by QUB for asset management and during operation of the building
