This project involved the conversion of an existing office building, in The City of London. Planning permission had been granted for 9 apartments when our client purchased the development.
On behalf of the client we undertook an assessment of the approved proposals in order to review the layouts, improve the space planning within each of the units and maximize the return for the developer. This involved a new planning application to rationalize the form of the 2 storey penthouse apartment. Following on from this O+W was retained by the D+B contractor to provide full construction support through to completion of the works on site.
