QUB Lecturer in Construction Management, Dr John Spillane, recently presented a short seminar on the NEC3 contract during an Ostick + Williams lunchtime CPD. It was an opportunity for O+W project Architects to engage in a discussion surrounding the pro-active and collaborative aspects that the NEC3 contract has to offer.
