New QUB appointment - Architecture Graduate

Applicants invited to apply for a new KTP position in O+W

We wish to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Graduate to work in Ostick + Williams Ltd (based in Belfast) in collaboration with Queen’s to develop competencies and processes for the integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) practices to cultivate and implement sustainable facilities management in the design process.

The work carried out on this 24 month KTP will demonstrate the potential of BIM to inform and improve design, from inception through to sign off, use and ultimate decommissioning/ deconstruction. We require a Graduate who holds, or is about to obtain in July 2015, at least a 2:1 honours degree in Architecture, Building Design or a closely related discipline.

Applicants who hold, or are about to obtain in July 2015, a 2.2 honours degree in addition to either one year’s relevant industrial experience or a relevant higher degree will also be considered. Further details are available in the application pack. Commencing salary will be in the range of £18-22,000 per annum.
