Development of design proposals and gaining of Planning Approval for the complete renovation of facilities at IRFU Ulster Branch’s ground at Ravenhill. The scope of the project includes 3 new stands, integration of state of the art changing amenities, hospitality facilities and spectator safety improvements.

Following on from the comprehensive redesign, the first phase of the project for ‘Stand B’ includes a new corporate hospitality suite and renovated terrace area. The project includes Sport NI gateway reviews for both Permission to Tender and Permission to Proceed under the Sport NI Elite Sports grant assistance scheme as well as integration of the new Sport NI ‘Red Book’ - Northern Ireland Design Guide for Safety at Sports Grounds

The phasing of the works is designed to minimize disruption to a busy fixtures list and integrate with existing infrastructure. The complex structural design aims to maximize off site prefabrication to minimize contract duration and increase programme certainty.
