Saqqes mall is part of the River Cham Masterplan development in Kurdistan. It comprises of a three storey retail mall over one level of basement parking. The ground and first floor levels are principally retail, while the second floor is mainly leisure including a large food court. The basement has 425 parking spaces with service yards and various ancillary accommodation. The overall built area is 92,000 sqm.
Construction started in 2013.
