The schemes incorporate approximately 25 new builds, 6 extensions and 6 refresh projects.
The new build stores range from 35,000 to 110,000sq ft gross area including shop sales, ancillary back up, customer café, off licence and expansive car parking.
Current schemes adapt a store-on-stilts approach whereby car parking is located under the store allowing the site to support larger developments. A standard model is employed in most new stores using a light section braced frame, long span cladding, and solar-glazed frontage.
