Conversion of an existing hostel to 7 self contained residential units over retained commercial space. Works also included installation of a timber framed mansard penthouse unit. Ostick + Williams were retained initially by the developer to rationalise the plan layouts and maximise the gross habitable space. Subsequently O+W provided full construction support to the D+B contractor.
